Fired Wolverine reviewer sues Fox News for $5m

The US gossip writer who was terminated after reviewing an illegal copy of X-Men Origins: Wolverine hit back at his former employer yesterday, hitting Fox News and its parent company News Corp with a $5m claim for damages. For good terms, the lawsuit accuses Fox of "wilful, reckless, as well as intentional and malicious" defamation. Wow, who would've known. Will this forever change the way the reviewers do their job, well that is, when it comes to reviewing illegal copies of anything.
